Fun, Food and Fitness promotes physical activity and healthy food choices with an engaging, high-energy interactive presentation!

Kids are encouraged to decrease the time they spend engaged in activities that involve “screen-time,” and to increase their physical activity. They are shown that the possibilities for physical activities are endless!

Fun, Food and Fitness encourages kids to get the vitamins and minerals their bodies need by eating baked and broiled lean meats and fish, and a rainbow of fruits and vegetables. They are encouraged to eat less of foods like hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels, cookies, cakes, and chips. They are shown the benefits of drinking more water and less soda. Kids learn to think differently about food!
Fun Food and fitness is educational and entertaining! It helps kids to achieve their full potential, and to perform their best in the classroom, at home or in any extra-curricular activity.
